Grooming Brushes for Horses
Grooming brushes are used to flick dirt off or to gently polish your horse's coat. The brush's purpose is determined by the bristles' stiffness and material. Stiff (sometimes called Dandy) brushes are often made with synthetic bristles and help get the dirt and excess hair off your horse after currying. Soft or finishing brushes are often made out of natural fibers and are used to smooth the coat and distribute natural oils that were pulled up from the skin while grooming.
