Would Recommend
Very happy with this purchase!This tendon wrap is very easy to put on. My mare is very comfortable in it. My mare hates ice on her legs and hates cold running water on her legs, but she seems happy with this wrap. My only negative with the wrap is that it does not stay as cold once on the leg as I would have liked; however, if the leg is first wet with cold water, the wrap will stay cold.

Comments:I am very impressed with the Tough 1 Ice Therapy Tendon wrap. I have been rehabbing my dressage horse's tendon and after our trot sets, I've been icing her legs. I've had the opportunity to try several of my barn mates' different ice boots. Without a doubt, they all help. But some work better than others. What I've noticed is, once the ice boot is removed, there can be "spotty" cold areas on the leg. Some of them don't always cool the whole leg evenly. But with the Tough 1 wraps, the whole leg is cold. I'm convinced it's because of the individual gel pocket design in combination to the 3 velcro straps that, if adjusted securely, insure even contact and distribution of the cold gel pockets to the leg/tendon. It fits the front and hind legs great and stays securely in place. And you absolutely cannot beat the price. It's a winner all around!! Thank you Tough 1 for this simple, yet extremely effective design in a tendon ice wrap!
