Setson Skyline 6X GraniteI ordered this Stetson because I'd been shopping for a while, and I decided that I would check out your website as I had purchased a Resistol a while back. This hat had a big discount, so I placed my order. It arrived quickly and I unboxed it, I then noticed it had some flaws that I wouldn't expect from Stetson!
So, I called your toll free number and spoke to Mary Grace and let me tell you, she is a major asset to your company! She was very helpful and truly cared about making me feel like my concerns mattered and she assured me they would make it right. She took my information and checked to make sure they still had my size and issued a RGA# at no charge and they shipped me a replacement via FedEx overnight at no charge the following day! I spoke to Mary Grace several times during the process and she assured me everything would be handled to my satisfaction. I can't say enough about her politeness and concern about my issue and making sure that I was completely satisfied with my purchased. I will remain a customer and will continue to recommend Riding Warehouse to all my friends in the future!

But I’d like to emphasize this 5-star review to Riding Warehouse who very seamlessly and quickly furnished an exchange for me for a new size between Christmas and New Years.
