Solvet EquineZen Topical Calming Pheromone is designed to help horses remain calm in stressful or unfamiliar situations. It uses a non-sedating synthetic version of androstenone to promote a sense of security and encourage calm, manageable behavior without affecting performance.
EquineZen is applied at the base of each nostril before handling and works through the horse's sense of smell to encourage desired behaviors. Use it during stress-inducing or fear-related events like transportation, weaning, and new environments, as well as routine activities like training, healthcare procedures, and everyday handling.

Recommended Use:
Use on healthy horses for maintenance of balanced behavior and mitigation of the negative impacts of stress induced by training, transportation, weaning, social mixing, new environments, healthcare procedures, and necessary management practices.
Directions for Use:
Wear non-permeable gloves. Apply 1/2 inch dollop to the skin at the base of each nostril 30 minutes prior to stress. Reapply as needed.
User Safety:
Keep out of reach of children. Avoid direct contact with human skin. Wear appropriate protective equipment such as gloves. To be used in areas with good ventilation.
Storage:
Store in a dry, cool place (50-86°F). DO NOT REFRIGERATE OR FREEZE.
