Overview
The Shires Soft Lunging Aid works in combination with your bit to help with lunge training. This lunging aid encourages a longer, lower topline and allows your horse to stretch through its back, without fixing its head. Attaches to the bit with swivel trigger snaps; soft, adjustable ropes are connected to the rubber belly strap for equine comfort. When your horse raises its head, pressure is applied to the bit through the mouth and bars—encouraging the horse to lower its head. This aid can be particularly useful for horses that feel restricted in other types of training aids, such as a traditional bitting rig.
