If you are dissatisfied with your purchase of a Tough-1 Saddle, your saddle may be returned in a new/unused condition with all tags attached within 365 days of product delivery.

Items returned in used condition are subject to a restocking fee at the discretion of JT International based on wear.

Please contact RW Customer Service to obtain approval for the return and a Return Authorization (RA) Number. When contacting Riding Warehouse for a return, photos of the saddle will need to be provided. Customers are responsible for shipping charges directly back to the vendor. A shipping address will be provided once the return is approved.
