Returns and Repairs:
Products can be returned to Riding Warehouse for a return, an exchange or for a repair, if they are within the product warranty period. Most products beyond the warranty period can be repaired for a modest fee, regardless of length of time in service. You will be promptly notified if the product is deemed un-repairable.
Warranty Period:

- Products damaged due to actions by the animal, such as biting or chewing, ARE NOT covered by our warranty
- Product repairs not performed by Professional’s Choice effectively void our product warranty

Comments: My horse is a chronic shoe puller and these bell boots have been a life saver! I actually use them for turnout and they've held up nicely this summer. I would recommend getting a size or two bigger than you usually buy if you're planning on using them for turnout. As is the case with most Professional's Choice products, these are well made and well worth the cost.

Comments: These have been the most robust boots so far for my destructive horse. I use these for turnout. My horse goes through all the rubber bell boots in two week or less. He pierces through the rubber and/or goes through the vecro. So far these have been on my horse everyday for turnout for the last 8 weeks. Velcro is in good shape as is the boots structure, just some fraying on the nylon where he is overreaching. I have found my turnout bell boot!!

Comments: These boots have saved me so much time and so much money. My horse always used to lose a shoe 1-2 weeks after his farrier visit every time, it was so frustrating! It kept me from riding or exercising him for at least 2 days, and I felt like a huge inconvenience to my farrier. The first time I used these bell boots was one of the first times we went a whole shoeing cycle without losing a shoe. I was ecstatic! They also last a long time because of the super durable ballistic material on the outside. Generally, I get a new pair every 4-6 months (he wears them 24/7, so they go through a lot), and I have made it my goal to get a new color every time I get a new pair! Comments: Good, quality product. I bought this for use on xc with my horse, as he has a large gallop and has clipped a shoe before on course. These protect him well. I have still had them turn before, but it does not happen often and is usually due to knocking a fence or bank. The Velcro is tough and ballistic material durable. Mine did start to fray at the bottom after about a season and a half of use, including using them once or twice for trailering. I simply bought another pair, as I like them and felt they held up very well for the price.

Comments: I would not recommend this to a friend. I ordered a bigger size than my horse's typical size because they do not hang down far enough to fully cover the heel and shoe. Even with the bigger size my big mover still pulled shoe while wearing these. They also faded rather quickly.
