Expensive and Completely IneffectiveThese ice boots were not cheap, and they are some of the worst I've ever used. The cooling material is so thin that within five minutes of putting them on, they're already warm. I've used them twice and had the same result both times. If anything, the boots trap heat against the leg rather than drawing it away — so you're actually making things worse, not better. Great substituteIce is my #1 pick when icing, but these are a great option when you're in a hurry! I soak them in my ice chest and apply when unsaddling after a workout or competition. They're durable.

Comments: Easy to use and to store. These do a nice job cooling the tendons but aren't designed well to cool other parts of the leg. Gel stays soft, and cold on legs 10-15 min.
