Would Recommend
Great substituteIce is my #1 pick when icing, but these are a great option when you're in a hurry! I soak them in my ice chest and apply when unsaddling after a workout or competition. They're durable.

Comments: Easy to use and to store. These do a nice job cooling the tendons but aren't designed well to cool other parts of the leg. Gel stays soft, and cold on legs 10-15 min.
