This actually works and is cute.This calms my horse down significantly and he seems to actually like it. It doesn't seem to get hot underneath either. There is substantial padding on the front of the ears so that probably does mute loud noises.
Does Its Job Without Being HotI got this for one of my horses that was working through some anxiety after a tree limb fell while riding. He would get nervous hearing rustling after that. This not only does its job, but I was shocked that it didn't seem to make him more hot that a traditional fly bonnet. My guy is a heavy sweater so this was a concern. Very good product.
