Products returned in new, store-bought condition are eligible for exchange, refund, or Riding Warehouse store credit for the full value of your purchase.

Products returned that are unable to be returned to stock are eligible to receive Riding Warehouse store credit for the full value of your purchase. Please note that while we want you to be happy with your purchases, an excessive number of used returns within a twelve-month period may limit your eligibility for store credit.

Products returned beyond 365 days from the original invoice date may be eligible for partial store credit at the sole discretion of Riding Warehouse.

Throat latch strap is way too bigIt's a beautiful bridle but the throat latch strap is so long. Way too long for the size of the bridle. Looking at the photos again now, all of the Kavalcade throat straps are hanging way down. What good would they do keeping the bridle on? Isn't that the reason for the strap? Also it seems impossible to shorten because the leather is rolled. Plus, there is only one buckle under the chin, so it's not truly adjustable. Definitely seems like a design flaw, unless there is a reason for the strap to be long.
