Comments: I feed this to my event horse to help his feet grow faster. Before, the nails from his shoes would almost go through the same holes as from the previous setting from 8 weeks before. He still doesn't quite grow them as fast as a "normal" horse, but there has been a noticeable difference. His coat is extra shiny, too.

Comments: Hands down the BEST supplement for hoof (and coat) available today, and I've tried them all. Start out with the 100mg biotin dose daily for 3-6 months or until healthy hoof grows out, then you can back off to 50mg/day dosing for maintenance. My horse's feet are strong and healthy. She loves this stuff and it goes in her daily ration of beet pulp with no issues. My horse competes barefoot (in boots) on the hard dry ground of the desert Southwest. Its kind of pricey but it works!! Riding Warehouse has the best price too!!

Comments: I love Horse Guard products. I have been using the Biotin Hoof Blast for almost a year now on my paint mare. She has always had really poor hooves and been prone to toe cracks, we get trimmed every six weeks and her hooves always would fall apart before the next trim. Now her hooves are great, they hold their shape well and I have not had toe cracks in several months. She loves the taste and I think it's a great product.

Comments: I have been using Horse Guard Biotin Hoof Blast on a gelding at the barn I work at for several months now. This gelding has always had very brittle and thin hoof walls and used to have a very difficult time holding shoes, even for just 5 weeks. Recently he had an unrelated medical issue that caused him to miss a farrier appointment. He was able to hold his shoes for around 8 weeks and his hooves still looked great! The farrier has complimented his feet and is impressed with how much they have improved over the course of being on this Horse Guard supplement!
