How to Measure:
- Chest: Measure around the chest, under the armpits, and over the fullest part of the chest, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.
- Waist: Find the natural waistline and measure.
- Sleeve: Bend your arm 90 degrees, place your hand on your hip, hold the tape, and measure from the center back of the neck to the shoulder and across to the elbow. then down to the wrist.
- Hip: Measure the fullest part of your hip, usually 7"-9" below your waist.
