Measure Yourself:
- Chest: Measure around your chest, under your armpits, and over the fullest part of the chest. Keep the tape parallel to the floor.
- Waist: Find your natural waistline and measure.
- Center-Back Sleeve Length: Bend your arm 90 degrees, put a hand on your hip, hold the tape measure at the center back of the neck, and measure across the shoulder to the elbow, then down to the wrist.
- Hip: Measure the fullest part of your hip, usually 7-9 inches below the waist.
