Products returned in new, store-bought condition are eligible for exchange, refund, or Riding Warehouse store credit for the full value of your purchase.

Products returned that are unable to be returned to stock are eligible to receive Riding Warehouse store credit for the full value of your purchase. Please note that while we want you to be happy with your purchases, an excessive number of used returns within a twelve-month period may limit your eligibility for store credit.

Products returned beyond 365 days from the original invoice date may be eligible for partial store credit at the sole discretion of Riding Warehouse.

Acavallo padIt was too short for my 18" dressage saddle.

Riding Warehouse: We apologize that the Acavallo Piuma Air Release Light Cut Out Wool Half Pad did not work out for you! According to our measurements and size chart, the half pad should be 18" in between the rolls which would most likely be too small for the same sized saddle. We do have a 365 day return policy for items such as this if this product does not fully live up to your expectations. Comments: This is a great half pad, but beware for those who ride in a larger saddle. My 18" cutback dressage saddle is too long to fit between the pommel and cantle fleeces.
