If you are dissatisfied with your purchase of an Abetta Saddle, your saddle may be returned in a new/unused condition with all tags attached within 30 days of product delivery.

There is a restocking fee of 10% applied to all returns. If the saddle is missing tags or not in the original box or requires cleaning, the restocking fee can be up to 30%.

Please contact RW Customer Service to obtain approval for the return and a Return Authorization (RA) Number. Customers are responsible for shipping charges of the return directly back to the vendor. The shipping address will be provided once return is approved.
