Riding Warehouse wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Items can be returned at any point in new condition within 365 days of the original invoice date.

Products returned in new, store-bought condition are eligible for exchange, refund, or Riding Warehouse store credit for the full value of your purchase.

Products returned that are unable to be returned to stock are eligible to receive Riding Warehouse store credit for the full value of your purchase. Please note that while we want you to be happy with your purchases, an excessive number of used returns within a twelve-month period may limit your eligibility for store credit.

Products returned beyond 365 days from the original invoice date may be eligible for partial store credit at the sole discretion of Riding Warehouse.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Comments: I always come back to these because they don't rub, stay on, and last! They're a pain to get on when they're brand new, but my gelding lives in them more or less 24/7 so you don't have to go through the struggle often, ha. They do soften up with wear. One pair easily lasts 9 months to a year, and that's taking a beating with daily turnout in all weather plus riding.
