This item is unable to ship via air shipping methods. Orders containing this item will only be able to select ground shipping methods during checkout.

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase of a Saddlery Brands International Saddle, your saddle may be returned in a new/unused condition with all tags attached within 21 days from the ship date.

Missing items (e.g., saddle cover, gullet, Flexiblocs, etc.) or signs of use will be subject to a fee based on the discretion of Saddlery Brands International.

Please contact RW Customer Service to obtain approval for the return and a Return Authorization (RA) Number. When contacting Riding Warehouse for a return, photos of the saddle will need to be provided. Customers are responsible for shipping charges directly back to the vendor. A shipping address will be provided once the return is approved.
