Comments: This fly sheet is made with a stiff material that stands up to bugs well, but my gelding ripped the edging off of the hood almost right away, and now after three weeks of wear he's ripped off the tail flap. He also sweats more in it than his half-brother who is in the more expensive Rambo, which is holding up perfectly. I'm going to replace this sheet with the same one his brother is in.

Comments: I Love Riding Warehouse due to their free shipping and returns. I needed a fly sheet so I ordered a few to try on and some of the same in 2 different sizes. I didn't need the ripshield but it was the only one that fit my horse well and had an adjustment in the chest. I don't understand why they make sheets, blankets that have no adjustment in the chest! I like the velcro for the neck, it is easy to use. Since it is a ripshield the material is abrasive and rubbed the hair off my horse in some areas. I had my seamstress sew some nylon pieces inside the sheet where the rubs were and his hair came back. I also had her cut the tail piece off as it was to long and always got manure on it. Where they put the nylon on shoulders, it did cause my horse to sweat there. It is a very light weight sheet compared to this other one I had that was made out of that plastic stuff.

Comments: Fits true to size. Horse wears an 80 stable and 78 Turn out. I ordered the 78. Actually fits great around the barrel where a lot of blankets are cut way too generous for the average sized horse. Good adjustment room for neck. Horse came up after a night out in this blanket with no shifting. Seems to be pretty breathable as the only place he was sweating was under the nylon lying on the chest. Overall very pleased with this product. My only complaint would be that Weatherbeeta used Velcro straps to attach the hood. Not a make it or break it for me. I just attached my own snaps to the Velcro. Just makes detaching the hood easier. My review will remain the same as long as the durability is like the rest of my Weatherbeeta blankets.

ReReview: Well, my love affair with this sheet has ended. My old guy wears it. He's easy going and is not hard on his clothes. Sadly, this sheet is already tearing away from the binding.
