Comments: I was quite excited to purchase this trailer camera in anticipation of getting an updated Smartphone and a new horse trailer. Unfortunately, despite the word "simplicity" in the product title, I can't figure out how to set up the camera. It comes with many parts and cords and directions, and I had real trouble making sense of it. And I definitely don't know how to connect it to my horse trailer's wiring system. There are internet videos on how to use a similar trailer camera, but I did not find any for this particular model. I emailed the manufacturer with questions, and they did respond, but the type of help I need is not easily accessible by email so I have not followed up with them. I also missed the fact that since this product is drop shipped directly from the manufacturer that it is not eligible for the 365-day return policy. So now I have an expensive item that I can't use and can't return. Understandable, but also frustrating and disappointing. Unless you are tech-savvy and know how to connect electrical wires, I would not recommend this product.
