Products returned in new, store-bought condition are eligible for exchange, refund, or Riding Warehouse store credit for the full value of your purchase.

Products returned that are unable to be returned to stock are eligible to receive Riding Warehouse store credit for the full value of your purchase. Please note that while we want you to be happy with your purchases, an excessive number of used returns within a twelve-month period may limit your eligibility for store credit.

Products returned beyond 365 days from the original invoice date may be eligible for partial store credit at the sole discretion of Riding Warehouse.

Nice pad!The pad is extremely comfortable and has a nice thickness that compresses under the saddle. It has a great high wither relief area which I like a lot. I took my horse on a 3 mile trail ride (at a full trot about the whole way) and she seemed to really move nicely with the pad. The saddle didn't slide or shift while riding either. Upon return, she had a nice even sweat pattern under the pad. I am quite pleased with the pad.

Tough, practical (except for color), great shape and size. My saddle has a round skirt, so square pads had an awful lot of useless material; this one is perfect.
