Overview
Supracor Cool Grip Western Saddle Pads are the "Coolest" therapeutic saddle pads on the market, for your square skirt saddle! Featuring a unique ventilation system (tiny perforations within the honeycomb cell walls) that circulates air and evaporates moisture so your horse’s back stays cool and comfortable. No heat build-up!
Supracor’s uniquely modern, lightweight Cool Grip distributes weight uniformly over your horse’s back while providing exceptional stability which prevents the saddle from slipping. The honeycomb cells flex with your horse’s movements to absorb shock and minimize shearing.
The Cool Grip Western Pad is designed to be placed directly on the horse's back without the need for additional padding. A Navajo blanket can be placed over the Cool Grip for showing or for style and color.

Please Note:
Slight creases on the underside of the pad are normal and can be fixed by flipping the pad to the bottom side and letting it sit for a while to release the crease.
Technology:
Supracor's Cool Grip flexible honeycomb design was originally derived from the aerospace industry. However, unlike the aerospace industry where the honeycomb is bonded using adhesives, Supracor's honeycomb fusion-bonding technique is bonded from thermoplastic material. Because of this, it allows the honeycomb to have "memory" which gives it the ability to return to its original shape after riding. This memory technology provides cushion and shock absorption while relieving pressure.
For Best Ventilation:
It is best to place the pad directly on the horse's back, without a cover or liner.
Care Instructions:
The Cool Grip is anti-fungal, antibacterial, and easy to keep clean. Simply, sponge or hose it off after riding, shake to remove any excess water, and air dry. For occasional deep cleaning, place the pad in a tub and squish the water through the pad.

Comments: Amazing pad! LOVE it. Saddles and pads are hard to fit on my 16'2, shark fin, 22 yr. old Tennessee Walker gelding. He is hollow behind the whither and I finally found a saddle to fit and now the pad fills in his whither nicely. I have ridden in it 5 times now and have no sweat at all so keeps his back cool and dry. Wonderful customer service as well!! Highly recommend Riding Warehouse! Thank you!

Comments: I like this pad so much I just bought a second one. My horses move better, the wither clearance is the best of any pad I've used. It never slips, it breathes, and I can hose it off after use. After riding with the first one for over a year, it still looks like new. I may never need another saddle pad!

Comments: I own 2 of these pads for over 4-5 years and they are still the best pads we own. It takes getting use to not seeing the same look as a wool pad but after riding in them for years they are still amazing and you can actually feel them cushion the impact for horse and rider. Money well spent and we are buying 2 more. Also considering an English version!
