Items returned in used condition are subject to a restocking fee at the discretion of JT International based on wear.

Please contact RW Customer Service to obtain approval for the return and a Return Authorization (RA) Number. When contacting Riding Warehouse for a return, photos of the saddle will need to be provided. Customers are responsible for shipping charges directly back to the vendor. A shipping address will be provided once the return is approved.

Overview

The Tough-1 Lady Gait Endurance Saddle is a great choice for gaited horses and their riders. This dark-oil leather saddle features a rawhide-covered tree with gaited bars, as well as in-skirt drop rigging. Free swinging stirrups stay out of the horse's way while maintaining a supportive feel during your ride. Finished with rings at both the cantle and pommel, you can easily attach saddlebags and head off down the trail!

Comments: I received my saddle, after a huge battle with UPS as it came directly from the manufacturer, and the San Bernardino UPS store was not delivering packages. I have to give big kudos to Riding Warehouse for listening to all of my updates and trying to get information from UPS to help me get this saddle delivered--thanks, guys!! The saddle meets my expectations and fits my Peruvian mare very well, and is comfortable for me. A couple of flaws but they are superficial (except the front of the seat is a little higher on the right side than on the left--fortunately for me, I am crooked and it works to my advantage!) I did not receive the manufacturer's card for the 5-year warranty.
