Overview

Now with an updated design, the Breakaway Web Covered Elastic Safety Trailer/Barn Tie is perfect for the trailer, cross-tie area, and everything in between. Reduce tension with the web-covered bungee elastic to buffer against sharp jolts.  A touch close breakaway safety feature leaves a short lead attached should the horse break away, making them easier to catch.  The panic clip is attached to the headcollar and allows the handler to quickly intervene in a panic situation by pulling down to on the clip to release the horse.

How do you hook this thing?Panic snap on one end. Crazy loop on the other. How are you supposed to clip him the end without a snap? The nylon is sewn down to a big bunch that won't pull through the rings. Seems completely useless to me.

Easy to useThese are much easier to use than bull snaps. Too many of my friends complained about my old trailer ties with the bull snaps, so I got these. I love the color, too.

A Must Have In Your TrailerI got tired of using my leadlines to tie the horses up. My last trailer ties lasted me 5 years.

Comments: I have two of these. They work! My mare decided she didn't want to be in the trailer anymore, so she started to back out. During this time she panicked and jolted backward out of the trailer. The ties worked as described. They broke loose, allowing her to get free, but not get hurt. I was then able to velcro them back and reuse. Awesome ties.
