Not actually 5"I got these thinking that the hair itself was 5 in long, but in reality the 5 inches is for the entire length from loop to end. The hair itself is probably only 2 in long and basically useless.

Comments: These are great little shoo fly tassels. They aren't big enough to use on your cinch or anything, but they work well for decoration or added to a curb strap or throat latch. Great quality.
