Returns and Repairs:
Products can be returned to Riding Warehouse for a return, an exchange or for a repair, if they are within the product warranty period. Most products beyond the warranty period can be repaired for a modest fee, regardless of length of time in service. You will be promptly notified if the product is deemed un-repairable.
Sizing
Please Note: In general, horses will use one size larger on their hind legs than the front legs. However, always measure BOTH the front and hind legs to ensure you are getting the correct size for your horse.

How to Fit: The fit of the SMB boots is important to ensure that you and your horse receive the optimum amount of protection and support. When measuring your horse for boots, the circumference measurement is more critical than the height, as the boot must overlap ½" to 1½" to be effective.

Comments: I measured my horse's front canon bones below the knee and they were 8". I ordered a small figuring they would be big, but work. I get the small SMB boots and they barely overlap the required minimum of 1/2". I think the sizing chart is wrong.

RW Response: We have double-checked the size guide in comparison to the manufacturer's and can confirm it is the same. The 2XCool boots may run smaller than usual, however, we recommend contacting our friendly customer care team to return or exchange the boots for the correct size.
