Quiet your legMy trainer swears by this stuff. It helps take away any jiggle in your lower leg. It's a bit hard to control the spray though. It doesn't come out a fine mist it sort of splots around. Wish it came in a stick form. The Effax leather grip is much easier to apply but is not as grippy I find.
