Suggested Use
Pre-Event Use: Feed 1 scoop/packet of pellets the evening before performance and 1 scoop/packet the morning of performance. Administer additional scoops/packets to boost post-performance muscle recovery. Tip: For optimum pre-event support, try pre-event Lactalex™ paste.
Maintenance: Feed up to 1 scoop/packet of pellets per day with morning feed as required for daily maintenance.
