Perfect Prep EQ Pro Chill can be used on its own or as a part of the Perfect Prep EQ Calming System.

Manufacturer Suggested Use:
For maximum effect, give 1 to 2 doses the night before and 1 to 2 doses the morning of performance. 1 tube = 2 doses. Effects begin within 2 hours and are cumulative with additional doses. Adjust for desired results.
