In the rare instance that you are not completely happy with your purchase, you have fifteen days to return the item to the retailer where you purchased them for a full refund or replacement. Refunds will only be honored with receipt of purchase and products must be returned in as-new condition and in original packaging.

Our products are designed to last under normal wear conditions and we stand behind our products with a one-year warranty. Normal wear and tear should be expected but items that are deemed to have a manufacturing defect will be considered for replacement. Abnormal damage caused by misuse is not covered by the warranty, along with unusual ripping, rubbing, holes, or extensive damage that is not usually associated with normal use is not covered by the warranty.

Comments: I invested in this half pad because I needed a new pad for my mono flap dressage saddle that has a 17-inch seat. It fits great and stays in place even if I can't use the billet straps due to my saddle being a mono flap. I have the pad in white and ended up getting dirty because, nothing white stays white, and I used some sheep skin soap and it cleaned up wonderfully!

Comments: I wanted to like this pad but it just does not work well with a mono-flap dressage saddle. By the time my ride is over the pad has slide halfway out the back of the saddle. I believe the lack of rolls over the front of the pad allows it move unimpeded back. I would assume with a traditional jump saddle you would be fine since the straps can be secured to your billets but no luck for me.
