Comments: I've used the Cowboy Magic and the Eqyss detanglers before and I like this one better in terms of price, smell, and effectiveness. A little goes a long way so it's nice that it comes in a small tube. My horse is pastured with other horses for 12 hours and I don't feel like this detangler particularly attracts dirt provided you only use a little and don't saturate the hair.

Comments: LOVE the Knotty Horse oil. In fact I bought a small tube to keep at home that I use on my own hair almost daily. I am using lots of it on Izzy’s withers and the top of his tail to keep him moisturized from the outside.

Comments: This stuff smells great and moisturizes, but if your horse is pasture-kept or has access to dirt/dust in any way, the dirt WILL stick to their mane/tail, making an ugly brownish mark appear wherever you applied the product. This mark lasts for days too, if you don't wash it out. I have Haflingers, so this is especially noticeable on their white manes and tails! I'd use it for a show, maybe, but for every day detangling/moisturizing on my pasture-kept horses, I prefer EquiFuse, which is pricier but doesn't have this dirt-trapping quality.)

Comments: The gel (serum) doesn't seem to leave that residue, but it's more effort to apply. Works MUCH better as a detangler. (I've used on my long locks post shampooing and it's great.)

Comments: Smells amazing but takes a lot to work compared to other brands.

Comments: I just ordered more of the Knotty Horse products for my horse earlier this week from y'all. I always get complimented on the way it smells and shines!
