Riding Warehouse wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Items can be returned at any point in new condition within 365 days of the original invoice date.
Products returned in new, store-bought condition are eligible for exchange, refund, or Riding Warehouse store credit for the full value of your purchase.
Products returned that are unable to be returned to stock are eligible to receive Riding Warehouse store credit for the full value of your purchase. Please note that while we want you to be happy with your purchases, an excessive number of used returns within a twelve-month period may limit your eligibility for store credit.
Products returned beyond 365 days from the original invoice date may be eligible for partial store credit at the sole discretion of Riding Warehouse.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Comments: I have been searching for an affordable and good quality replacement for high-end leather reins that have met their match with my horse. I don't like braided reins but struggle to find nice flat reins in extra one lengths, and did not want to spend more on my reins than the rest of my bridle is worth. I saw that these biothane reins came in an oversize option, so I bought a set for both of my bridles. So far I'm impressed with the quality. They match my bridles and reins are soft and supple. I have not used the biothane material before, but it feels really soft and grippy. I can't speak to the quality yet, but I am hopeful, and I love the idea of being to wipe them down easily with water as they will surely get covered in horse sweat over summer.
