Comments: I love using this for pre-performance! I have a gelding that is super high-strung and nervous, so I give him the syringe about 45 minutes before we compete. I can definitely tell that it helps ease his nerves, and helps him focus. While I don't think it's life-changing, I definitely can say that I think it works better than the calming pastes I have tried in the past. I think the one disclaimer would be that it does not smell that great, and I can tell that my horse doesn't particularly care for the taste, however, the amount of liquid is rather small so it isn't a huge problem.

Comments: I got a handful of these tubes as a way to try Kahm before committing long-term. I wrote a long summary of the changes I see in my horse on CBD on the pellets, but I'll try to summarize it here:
CBD has turned reactive, hot, forward Thoroughbred with a major anxiety brain into something that can be reasoned with, and can be ridden without giving a distinct impression that anything and possibly everything will cause her to explode. We can, with Kahm in her system, do other things during our rides besides attempt to walk, trot, and maybe canter (on a really good day) without me getting thrown. These tubes were super easy to use and were a great way to try out CBD with a minimum of inconvenience. I would administer them (half or full, I purchased a few so I could play with dosage) and wait about 45 minutes before catching and riding my mare. I now use the pellets for day-to-day support, but will purchase these again should I need a faster option.
