Run small, no stretch in thighI wear a size 6 curvy dress pants, a size 28 in the Horze Grand Prix is a little loose on me. I ordered a 28 in these and they have no stretch in the thigh/hip, couldn't get them over my booty! So sad because they are a great material a little more corduroy than jean, but soft inside. I'm 5'8" 155 lbs. Hopefully, a bigger size will fit, but this may be why people are saying the waist is loose.

Comments: I bought 1 pair of these riding jeans and I like them so much I bought another pair. They fit nicely and are very warm and comfortable. I'm 5'5" wearing a size 26. Everything about these pants are great except the waist is a little loose. Wearing a belt takes care of that. The price is great too!

Comments: I bought 1 pair of these jeans because they are cute. They fit well except loose in the waist but wearing a belt solves that. I first wore them on a really cold windy day and I stayed nice and toasty. My horse splashed water on me from the bucket and my legs stayed dry thanks to the really great insulation. I like these riding jeans so much that I bought another pair!
