Additional Information
Design & Materials:
The patented Horseware Leg Arches offer advantages over traditional gussets, such as a seamless, ergonomic design to relieve tension from the neck and shoulder as well as full freedom of forward movement for the front leg. The contoured cut behind the elbow prevents material from gathering behind the front leg, effectively eliminating unwanted rubbing or chafing during turnout.
Vari-Layer Technology: This technology places more fill down your horse's back and decreases the fill down the sides of the blanket. By prioritizing where the insulation is most needed, it decreases the overall blanket weight. Due to the lighter fill at the bottom, the blanket is snug to the belly, which traps body heat. This is a great feature for horses that struggle to retain body heat during winter.

How to Measure:
The fit of your rug is extremely important to ensure the comfort of your horse and to prevent rubbing and rug slippage. As horses of the same height at the wither come in a variety of shapes and sizes, it is useful to take certain measurements of your horse. Using a soft measuring tape, measure from the center of the chest, across the point of the shoulder, and to the point at the center of the tail. When you have the measurement, remove 10 cm (4 inches) and choose your horse's size from the table below. Bear in mind that every horse is different and that this table is a guide only.
