The Helmet Brims Riding Sun Visor blocks both the sun and the rain without blocking your vision. Lightweight and easy to fit onto your helmet with elastic, this visor is made from Australian shade cloth, ensuring high sun protection while also being exceptionally durable and offering some visibility. The addition of a wide silicone strip along the elastic creates a stronger, more secure grip, keeping your brim in place as you ride. Available with different trim colors to suit your style, this visor is a great choice for schooling in the arena and meandering down the trail.

Brim is so small its uselessI live in the California desert where we really need good sun protection. This brim was shorter than a standard baseball cap and offered none of the shade I needed. I returned it for that reason.

Brim reviewThis brim looks good and is easy to put on helmets. However the wire in the edge trim is easily bent out of shape. In order to keep it looking good be careful how you put it away.

Useful and it does stay onI recently bought a second brim (gave the first to a friend). The fabric is now more see-through than the previous one but it works just as well, and it seems like it’s been holding its shape better too. I rode in very high winds and I have to say I was very happy it stayed on while all the cowboy hats where taking off It’s a good purchase and I think this one is better than another common brand because you can still see through this one while the other blocks your sight entirely and it bothers me, as I really like to be able to SEE when I ride.

Comments: So pleased to see these available in the US. I ordered two from Australia several years ago, the shipping from there is very expensive. They are great, my husband and I both use them. They fit our large adult helmets very well and have not come off while riding. It's a great product!

Comments: This is a hit at our barn! I like the fact that it isn't necessary to use the velcro that comes with the visor as I don't want that on my helmet when I'm not using the visor. The visor stays on my hardhat without it.
