Comments: My horse came from a rescue situation so the trainer and I decided a mild bit would be the best option as we tried to figure out my gelding’s quirks. We are overall satisfied with the Happy Mouth though it did pinch my horse’s lips, so I got the Cashel Bit Guards to go with it. The apple scent did not last long but it was pleasant while it lasted.
