Designed to give you real-time health data right to your smartphone or compatible Garmin watch, this equine wellness system tracks your horse's heart rate, strides, mileage, and more with an easy-to-attach tail wrap.
The tail wrap features long, adjustable straps to fit both thin and thick tails, while interior silicone panels provide a no-slip grip, keeping the monitor securely in place whether schooling on the flat or jumping fences. The Garmin sensor sits on the inside of the wrap, using skin contact beneath the tail to measure heart rate and skin temperature. With up to 25 hours of battery life, you can maximize time in the saddle without frequent recharging.
For long-term monitoring, the Garmin Blaze Equine App makes it easy to review past activities and track progress over time. View detailed metrics such as time spent in each heart rate zone, skin temperature, and activity highlights. You can even create individualized profiles for multiple horses to track their unique fitness journeys. Beyond training, the Blaze also supports wellness management by monitoring recovery or even time spent in the trailer, helping you keep a close eye on your horse's wellbeing in every setting.
