Comments: First, I would like to say that RH has excellent customer service. They have always been quick to respond to me and take care of things if needed. I had placed an order and forgot these hooks. I emailed and asked if they could add them to my order. My order had already shipped (because they are fast!) and they offered to ship them to me with free shipping. That was amazing! Second, these hooks are awesome. I love that they are flexible and were easy to hang. I use them for bridles and halters and I like that they aren't a bulky look.
