Snapped 2 of these whips in 1 yearThis whip has a wonderful feel, and I loved riding with it. Unfortunately, I've snapped two of them in one calendar year, so I can't keep buying them. I've owned 4 different models of Fleck brand dressage whips over the years, and this is the only model that I've had durability problems with. One snapped when I was removing it from a tack trunk, the other snapped from a horse stepping on it. If you are gentle with your whips and keep them on a vertical rack and only use them on the horse, you may have better luck than I did.

Nice and light - but fragile.Love the feel of this whip. It’s light and well balanced. But, the top popped off within the first two weeks. I had ordered a few for friends at barn. Every single one broke within a month. The carbon is too fragile.
