Fiebing's 100% Pure Neatsfoot Oil in the 1-quart size is so useful for rejuvenating your horse's wardrobe, you'll be thankful for this full quart container. A great way to help break in new or stiff equipment, slather this oil on anything made of leather and be amazed by how supple it becomes.

Use on new boots to help ease them into a more foot-friendly shape, or condition them into a new second life.

This product can also be used to slightly and temporarily darken leather. Always perform a test on the underside of the leather to make sure that the darker color is to your liking.

Best results are found when used after first cleaning with Fiebings Saddle Soap.

Product Details

Directions for Use: Clean leather and apply oil, allowing it to penetrate deeply. Rub briskly with soft, dry cloth.

**Caution: Oil may permanently darken light-colored leather. Do not use on suede leathers.

Comments: I love this stuff! I had a breastplate that was a light chestnut color that I really didn't like, so I bought this hoping it would darken it. It worked perfectly! The leather went from chestnut to havana after only one application! I used it on my saddle as well (that was already havana) and it made the leather so soft and only darkened it slightly so that it evened out the color in areas where it was wearing. Definitely recommend!

Comments: I switched to this oil after using a spray cream-type conditioner. The oil doesn't make leather tacky (which I personally miss... I liked the extra "stick" of a freshly cleaned saddle) but it does seem to soak into the leather better.

Comments: I never clean my saddle without having some of this to condition it after! Makes the leather so soft, darkens a bit, without making it tacky. Been using it for years!
