Farnam Equi Aid Natural Psyllium Fiber Pellets are fed as a preventative to aid in reducing the possibility of digestive colic in horses. Now coming in a palatable, apple and molasses flavored pellet, feeding this 99% psyllium and 1% flavored formula has never been easier! Psyllium is a naturally occurring source of fiber that can help sweep excess sand out of the digestive system, allowing the regular function to continue.

Additional Information

Ingredients: Artificial flavors, mineral oil, natural flavors, propionic acid (preservative).

Directions for Use: For average size (1,000 lb.) adult horse - give one scoop (5 oz.) to 1.5 scoops (7.5 oz.) of Equi Aid Natural Psyllium Pellets for one full week (7 days) out of every month. Give less to ponies, yearlings and foals; more to larger horses and draft breeds.

Whether you have sandy soil in fields or feed in stalls, Equi Aid helps clear out the sand found in dirt and even in your hay. Horses love eating off the ground searching for the last nibble of hay or leaves. Equi Aid draws sand out and helps prevent sand colic. It may save you thousands over one colic episode.
