Ingredients: Mineral Oil, Clorhexadine, Lavender Essential Oil, Trichloromethyl .2%
Treats: For healing Rain Rot, Scratches, Mallender/Sallenders, Mand and Tail Itching, Sweet Itch, Summer Sores, Dandruff, Cannon Bone and Ear and Face Scurf, Mid Line Scabbing, Mystery Hair Loss, and Ringworm
Directions:
- Wash area well with Equiderma Neem Shampoo
- For first application leave shampoo on for 1 hour
- Rinse wel, towel dry and apply Equiderma Skin Lotion
- Keep area clean and continue use until condition completely clears

Comments: This stuff is MAGIC for cannon crud! We used it on the worst case I'd ever seen in a retired pasture puff. He doesn't get visited at his retirement facility every day where grooming is not included, so we applied the lotion maybe only 5-6 times over the course of two weeks. The final time I went to apply it, I was kicking myself for not taking a video! The cannon crud just lifted off in chunks as I massaged the lotion in, and on top of that new hair was already growing underneath! I have their Neem shampoo, but it was not necessary to use that in advance of the lotion. That said, I've yet to meet an Equiderma product that doesn't live up to its claims. This product was no exception. Don't forget that natural doesn't mean your horse can't have an allergic reaction--I've not had any issues thus far, but I always do a test spot first if I'm using it on a horse I haven't used it on before.

Comments: Equiderma is hands down the best rain rot/skin issue catch all product out there. It clears everything from ringworm to scald in under 2 days with my ponies. It smells lovely and you only need a small amount to get the job done. Highly recommend it!

Comments: I've read lots of good things about this product online and it seemed like a safe natural choice but that has not been my experience. One horse it did clear up the cannon crud quickly but he would stomp his feet after I put it on so I'm not sure it's non-stinging. The second horse is known to have sensitive skin and I came back in the morning to swollen legs. I immediately washed it off and thankfully the swelling went down within a few hours. Make sure you spot test first if you plan to use this product.
