Overview

Protect and toughen your horse's feet with the Durasole Horse Hoof Sole Toughener! This aldehyde-based formula thickens the cell membranes of the exfoliating sole, which in turn thickens and toughens the horse's sole and frog. Durasole is a great choice for horses with weak feet, or for horses transitioning from shoes to barefoot. Since this formula doesn't dry out the hoof, it can be used for extended periods of time. The antibacterial and anti-fungal properties are great for treating thrush and white line disease, or just for prevention. Durasole is extremely effective in preventing and relieving sole soreness, making it a great candidate for any equine athlete!

Use for thrushMy horse Junebug has a club foot that gets thrush and durasole helps to keep it thrush free. Easy to use.

Does its jobThis product was recommended by my shoe-er. She said that my horse has pockets of "thrush"-like build up deep in the crevasses of his upper frog. I started using this every day, and it dried up the problem. Now I just use it weekly to keep the bugs at bay.

Comments: The best hoof hardener out there! I used this product a TON when my horse first went barefoot. It helped harden my horse's feet and help with tenderness. I still use it regularly, especially in the winter months!
