Riding Warehouse wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Items can be returned at any point in new condition within 365 days of the original invoice date.
Products returned in new, store-bought condition are eligible for exchange, refund, or Riding Warehouse store credit for the full value of your purchase.
Products returned that are unable to be returned to stock are eligible to receive Riding Warehouse store credit for the full value of your purchase. Please note that while we want you to be happy with your purchases, an excessive number of used returns within a twelve-month period may limit your eligibility for store credit.
Products returned beyond 365 days from the original invoice date may be eligible for partial store credit at the sole discretion of Riding Warehouse.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Comments: Wow! I literally just received it and used it for the first time today and already love it! Right out of the box it seems to be very well made and sturdy and it really is buttery soft! It also comes in a cool little zippered bag . . I do wish they had a longer option but I would still absolutely buy again. Also an A+ for riding warehouse customer service for always being awesome!
