DefectiveBrand new pair of reins came with a slit through both reins from what looks like a mistake from a knife. The slit is nearly all the way through one rein and partially through on the other. Not in usable condition. Riding Warehouse wouldn't send a replacement unless I sent the defective pair back to the manufacturer and waited for them to process the return. Looking at close to 3 weeks before I have a new set again. Sorry guys, you lost my business.
