Directions for Use:
Back on Track recommends a gradual introduction to their therapeutic products, suggesting 2-4 hour periods of use for the first 2 to 3 days, gradually working up to overnight use for the best results.
Care:
Machine washable up to 86°F or 30°C. Use normal detergents that do not contain bleach or fabric softeners. Air dry only, do not tumble dry.
