Welltex® uses a proprietary ceramic and mineral solution that reflects body heat as infrared radiation. How to start using Welltex®:

These products should be introduced gradually to allow the body to become accustomed to the effects. Use for no more than four hours within the first 2-3 uses, then gradually increase by one hour.

After the introductory period, the products should be used for at least 8 hours per day, preferably longer. Even after an hour or so, a positive effect on tense muscles and stiff joints is often experienced. For maximum effect, it can take 10-20 days before results are achieved.
