Measure Yourself:
- Chest: Measure around your chest, under armpits, and over the fullest part of your chest keeping the tape parallel to the floor.
- Sleeve: Bend your arm 90 degrees, put a hand on your hip, hold the tape measure at the center back of the neck, and measure across the shoulder to the elbow, then down to the wrist.
