Returns and Repairs:
Products can be returned to Riding Warehouse for a return, an exchange or for a repair if they are within the product warranty period. Most products beyond the warranty period can be repaired for a modest fee, regardless of the length of time in service. You will be promptly notified if the product is deemed un-repairable.

Comments: I had high hopes for this cinch. I wanted the non-slip qualities of neoprene but not the sweating it causes, and this cinch's liner being fully perforated reassured me. I also really liked the shaped D's to hold the position of the latigos better. And finally, the cinch is shaped, so it would offer shoulder relief. But alas, on the last point, it doesn't. The relief portion is too narrow. The portion of the cinch that is behind the shoulders actually obstructs them. I imagine the only way to have avoided this would have been to buy a cinch that was so long that the D's would be under my knee. The cinch is going back.
