Returns and Repairs:
Products can be returned to Riding Warehouse for a return, an exchange or for a repair if they are within the product warranty period. Most products beyond the warranty period can be repaired for a modest fee, regardless of the length of time in service. You will be promptly notified if the product is deemed un-repairable.

Comments: I purchased this cinch on the recommendation of my trainer to get a natural fiber cinch for my horse. I have a Tucker endurance saddle with a dropped rigging which needs a shorter cinch than normal. The difference in my horse's comfort level is remarkable! No coughing when we move out trotting nor "cinchiness" when I tack her up. The cinch really moves with her allowing her ribs to expand properly and the 24" length was almost impossible to find. (The "standard" 26" length almost meets the saddle rigging on both sides). We are both very happy now! YAY CYBER MONDAY!!!!
